I. DISC 1.0 BECOME DYNAMIC DISCIPLES Mt 1:1-4:22
A. Hear my story
B. Learn the Gospel of the Kingdom
C. Count the cost of becoming a true disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ
1. Good News
a) God created you in His image
b) God loves you and wants you to live with Him forever
2. Bad News
a) Satan and many angels rebelled against God and created a false kingdom
b) Adam and Eve sinned and we were born with their rebellious nature
c) Our sin created a separation between us and God
d) Before salvation, every person’s spirit is dead to God
e) We are not capable of making ourselves pure and acceptable to a Holy God
3. Good News
a) The history of Israel is centered around God’s promise of a Messiah King
b) Jesus is God who became man. His life revealed God’s love and character
c) Christ died for our sin, according to the Scriptures
d) Jesus rose from the dead, overcoming death and Satan
e) He is enthroned in God’s Kingdom and has all authority in heaven and earth
f) Therefore, repent of your sin and rebellion
g) Transfer your allegiance from the domain Satan to the Kingdom of God
h) Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be forgiven for your sin
i) Your spirit will be born again as the Holy Spirit comes to live in your heart
j) Your name will be written in God’s Book of Life
k) You will begin your eternal relationship with God
l) You are ready to begin to share your story and introduce others to Jesus
1. Come and see
2. Follow Me
3. Look and see (many receptive Non-Christians)
4. Follow and lead (others to Christ)
5. Die for Me (and the gospel’s Sake)
D. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior
E. Immediately obey the Great Commandment and the Great Commission
F. Get baptized
G. Seek the fullness of the Holy Spirit
H. Freely you receive, freely give
II. DISC 2.0 SHARE GREAT NEWS Mt 4:23-12:37
A. Form an Evangelistic Team of 2 or 3 (usually with the person who led you to Christ)
B. Prepare your story (of how you received the great news)
C. Share your story daily
D. Reach out to your household (Oikos)
1. List 100 people you know
2. Reach 5 non-Christians every week
a) Challenge non-Christians to become disciples
b) Challenge Christians to become leaders
E. Bless people and focus on the receptive Person of Peace
F. Form Discovery Bible Studies
G. Answer key questions
H. Challenge the receptive to believe and become dynamic disciples
III. DISC 3.0 MULTIPLY SIMPLE CHURCHES Mt 9:35-23:39
A. Join a discipleship group of 4-12
B. Learn and practice the Three Thirds meeting format
1. Look Back
2. Look Up
3. Look Forward
C. Multiply your E-Team (when 3 become 4, form 2 E-Teams, etc.)
D. As you lead others to Christ, form new discipleship groups or house churches
E. A group of house churches can become a city church
IV. DISC 4.0 TRAIN REPRODUCING LEADERS Mt 24:1-28:20
A. Use the MACA Leadership Training Cycle
B. Leaders multiply disciples Mt 28:1-20
1. Model
2. Assist
3. Coach
4. Appoint
1. Go Out – While you are going Mt 28:19
2. Bring In – Baptize them Mt 28:19
3. Raise Up – Teach them to obey Mt 28:20
4. Send Out – Go to all nations Mt 28:19-20
C. In 12-18 months, you can become a leader of a house church
D. You are now ready to train others to become trainers
